Mobile App Develpment
LOAMS Mobile
Bureau Veritas already had a best-in-class customer portal for their clients to log onto but were lacking a mobile presence in the industry. A close competitor in the industry already had beaten them to market. Forgeron Ventures helped develop the strategy to integrate scanning from the mobile app to improve the customer experience and gain business intelligence about the way their products were being used.
Artificial Intelligence
SmartDA
Forgeron Ventures scoped the requirements for building a system in the Microsoft Azure cloud that would perform analysis of laboratory test results and determine if a result was out of specification based on comparison of identical or similar samples already analyzed by human experts. We then went on to assist in procuring bids and validating the qualifications of multiple vendors to perform the development and implementation.
Web Application Integration
Sample Wizard For Nestle
Forgeron Ventures bridged the gap between two companies by customizing an off the shelf product to suit the business needs of Nestle's food testing laboratory. We worked closely with Nestle to understand their business processes and were able to successfully implement a web portal that gave Nestle more automation for sample processing.
